Jennifer was still pregnant and Roy/Dad arranged a surprise retirement party for Rachel/Mom. Once again I have a shot that speaks a million words. See the first shot below which shows the moment after "surprise" as well as who received credit for arranging the party. Lots of great photo's below of all the family that participated in the grand celebration for mom's retirement. What a wonderful day and I am sure a dream finally realized.
