Requirements: A) Successful completion of the one day ABRM designation course including an 80% or above grade on final exam. B) Successful completion of the two-day ABR® Designation Course, including an 80 percent passing grade on the exam OR a successful challenge of the exam. See website for more information. C) Documentation verifying that you have overseen a minimum of 25 real estate transactions that involved a buyer’s agent or have had more than two years of oversight experience with buyer’s representatives.
