Comments: ABRM is the only Buyer – representation designation specialized for managers, brokers, or owners affiliated with NAR. Earning the designation gives access to members-only resources as well as customizable marketing tools such as postcards, flyers, or brochures. This course is perfect for management seeking improved results for their office working with buyers.
Requirements: A) Successful completion of the one day ABRM designation course including an 80% or above grade on final exam. B) Successful completion of the two-day ABR® Designation Course, including an 80 percent passing grade on the exam OR a successful challenge of the exam. See website for more information. C) Documentation verifying that you have overseen a minimum of 25 real estate transactions that involved a buyer’s agent or have had more than two years of oversight experience with buyer’s representatives. D) Maintain active and good membership status in the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council and the National Association of REALTORS®. Exception: International members of REBAC do not have to be members of NAR.
